If a child cannot learn in the way we teach, we must teach in a way the child can learn. Every child is unique and is with a different level of thinking from the other. A teacher never teaches but helps the child to understand it from within. She only provides a condition in which the child can learn. The best education lies in watching the teacher at work. It's in giving the best atmosphere for learning that we get the best result.

A teacher is a social engineer who builds a society shaping the future generation in classrooms. A nation's destiny is formed through the hands of its teachers. The present generation that steers the administration of our country has undergone the formation of teachers who are nation builders.
