JULY-2020
1. 01-07-2020 : -Ronnie George officially took in charge as the new Principal. -PTA Meeting with staff and new Principal -Ronnie George was welcomed to the School Fraternity in a small function.
2. 03-07-2020 : -A YouTube channel was made for the school by the Principal.
3. 04-07-2020 : -Class PTA for 10th grade
4. 06-07-2020 : -Class PTA for 9th grade -Staff meeting
5. 08-07-2020 : -Training for 10th grade teachers on how to prepare videos for teaching and uploading it to School YouTube Channel organized by the Principal.
6. 11-07-2020 : -Primary Teachers online Training organized by Password Publishing house.
7. 16-07-2020 : -PTA meeting held for framing new PTA Executive Committee and Administrative Committee. -8th grade Class PTA was conducted.
8. 21-07-2020 : Moon day celebration and Science Club Inauguration conducted online through Whatsapp.
9. 22-07-2020 : -Staff meeting and Administrative committee meeting that decided to collect monthly tuition fee from parents.
10. 31-07-2020 : -Bakrid was celebrated. Students performed various items.

AUGUST-2020
1. 03-08-2020 : -First Unit test date declared and time table sent to students
2. 09-08-2020 : -Hiroshima and Nagasaki Days observed with online speeches by students
3. 15-08-2020 : -Independence Day observed by hoisting flag by the Principal at school in the presence of PTA president, administrator, staff secretary and four 10th grade students. -Children prepared Independence Day speeches online
4. 17-08-2020 : - First Unit online Test started for students (17 to 22).
5. 22-08-2020 : - Training for teachers by Password Publishing House (Online).
6. 24-04-2020 : - Parents were given notice to make fee payment monthly
7. 28-08-2020 : - Staff meeting held on zoom. - School closes for Onam holidays.
8. 31-08-2020 : - Onam celebration online. Students performed various items.

SEPTEMBER-2020
1. 03-09-2020 : - School reopened after the Onam holidays and online classes restarted.
2. 05-09-2020 : - Teachers day celebration held online. 10th grade students led the celebration. They honoured the teachers.
3. 09-09-2020 : - Teachers were asked to bring copies of their certificates to prepare the service book. They were given a Bio-data form to fill in.
4. 10-09-2020 : - Sree Krishna Jayanthi observed.
5. 11-09-2020 : - New whatsapp group created for class schedules.
6. 12-09-2020 : - Fixed online time table was made for all the classes.
7. 14-09-2020 : - PTA Executive meeting held. -Staff meeting held. Salary distributed.
7. 15-09-2020 : - Teachers training online by Password Publishers - Physics teacher's interview held. Jaisily was selected & appointed.
8. 19-09-2020 : - Interaction with 10th grade students. - discussed starting of Spoken English online class for students. - Online fee payment made available to students.
9. 24-09-2020 : - ENGLISH FEST announced.
10. 26-09-2020 : - Spoken English class started online for the students of classes VII, VIII, IX & X handled by Ronnie George, the Principal.v 11. 27-09-2020 : - Webinar for teaches conducted by Password Publishing house.

OCTOBER-2020
1. 01-10-2020 : - Online staff-meeting held in two sessions. -discussed half yearly exams. - English Fest competition details sent in PDF to teachers.
2. 02-10-2020 : - Ghandhi Jayanthi observed. Students performed various items. Uploaded to school YouTube channel.
3. 03-10-2020 : - Flex made for English Fest and fixed one in front of the school gate and the other at school compound entrance.
4. 05-10-2020 : - Class PTA for grade VII was held. Motivated the parents with the importance of CBSE education till 10th standard.
5. 06-10-2020 : - Digital signature for the principal was made.
6. 09-10-2020 : - pledge reading contest by CBSE link was shared to students.
7. 12-10-2020 : - Staff meeting was held at school. Salary distributed. - Student's training online conducted by Password publishing hose. - Aunvrinda of class VI was donated a Mobile phone by Mr Khasim, a parent for she was not able to attend the online class due to not having a phone.
8. 13-10-2020 : - Four students who appeared for CBSE 10th grade compartment exams passed. - Half yearly Exam declared starting from 2nd November.
9. 14-10-2020 : - Class PTA for class V was conducted.
10. 17-10-2020 : - Teachers training conducted online by Password Publishing House.
11. 19-10-2020 : - Class PTA of 3rd class was conducted at school. Motivated them with the best education given by our school. - Half yearly exam time table published.
12. 21-10-2020 : - Teachers training on Dhiksha link was shared for all teachers to attend.
13. 22-10-2020 : - Class PTA for grade II was conducted at school.
14. 24-10-2021 : - Mahanavami - holiday

16. 29-10-2020 : - Nabidinam - Holiday - Students performed various programmes related to Nabidinam. Good ones were uploaded to school YouTube channel.
17. 31-10-2020 : KG & LP teachers training by Password Publishing House.

NOVEMBER-2020
1. 01-11-2020 : - Keralapiravi celebrated. Students performed dances, speeches and songs.
2. 02-11-2020 : - Half yearly exam started till 7th November - Mrs Sunitha was issued a Show-Cause notice for the delay in starting the exam on time and failing in discharging her duties a number of times.
3. 04-11-2020 : - English Fest result published. - Teachers were given soft certificates for attending training by Password - School online class time table revised and sent to teachers and students.
4. 06-11-2020 : - Children's Day competitions declared with PDF- items, rules.
5. 09-11-2020 : - Class PTA for Class ONE was held at school. -School online time able revised and sent. - Dates for submitting half yearly exam answer sheets to school were published.
6. 11-11-2020 : -Class PTA for KG was conducted at school. -Magic-show poster was shared to students.
7. 12-11-2020 : -Staff meeting was held. -Class PTA of 10th grade was conducted. - Teaches namely Mukta for taking two class in-charges, Usha and Priya for getting highest participation of students in children's day competitions were awarded with diaries.
8. 14-11-2020 : -Children's Day observed. Competitions held online. -Diwali was celebrated.
9. 20-11-2020 : -Intensive Learning Programme for 10th grade weak students announced. (Discouraged by the PTA president and PTA appointed Administrator)
10. 21-11-2020 : -Interactive MAGIC SHOW by NS Sumesh at 10 am to 12.30pm online. Appreciated by parents. Students got a chance to interact in English and see magic performances.
11. 23-11-2020 : -Class PTA for 8th and 9th grade arranged at school.
12. 26-11-2020 : -Online school assembly was conducted for 6 to 10 students.
13. 27-11-2020 : -online staff-meeting as conducted. Discussed shuffling subjects in lower classes.
14. 28-11-2020 : -India's Largest Digital career guidance session organized by Password for the students of 8 to 10.
-Sample question papers were sent to 10th grade teachers.

DECEMBER-2020
1. 02-12-2020 : -Staff-meeting held at school. Discussed visiting 10th grade Students' houses.
: -PTA executive meeting held. Discussed giving offline classes to 10th grade weak students at school which had been denied by the PTA earlier for not informing them. -24700 rupees tuition fee of last year's two students of 10th grade was paid by the students of that class. The class teacher Mrs Malini was appreciated during the meeting.
2. 03-12-2020 : -Periodic test-3 was announced for conducting from 4th January to 9th January. -Teachers were asked get the details of the students for registering in Sampoorna.
3. 05-12-2020 : -Password Publishing house started a series of training for teachers from 5 to 13 December. -Training for teachers by Password Publishing House.
4. 07-12-2020 : -10th grade weak students offline class time table was published. -Teachers training by Password Publishing House.
5. 08-12-2020 : -Online School Assembly for the students of LKG to V was conducted in the morning. -Teachers training by Password Publishing house.
6. 09-12-2020 : -Principal, class teacher, subject teacher and PTA president visited 10th grade students' houses. -Teachers were asked to send soft copy question papers to school E-mail.
7. 12-12-2020 : - Principal, class teacher, subject teacher and PTA president visited 10th grade remaining students' houses. - Teachers training by Password Publishing house.
8. 13-12-2020 : -Principal attended online principals' meeting by CBSE.
9. 16-12-2020 : -PA-3 Exam time table published. -Art-integration Project details sent to teachers.
10. 19-12-2020 : -Staff meeting held at school to discuss Art-Integrated Project. -PTA Executive meeting held.
11. 20-12-2020 : -Teachers Skill Development Programme announced to be held on 30th January. -Christmas holidays began from 20 to 27. -Holiday time table for 10th grade students published.
12. 28-12-2020 : -School reopened after the X'mas holidays. -10th grade class PTA meeting held. Discussed school offline classes starting from 1st January keeping Covid-19 protocol. - Kerala CBSE conclave announced.
13. 29-12-2020 : -Sri Divakar Shetty, the working Chairman of our school visited the school, met the PTA, met the teachers in a meeting, teachers brought to his attention about the pending PF to be remitted. He assured his support. -Model questions for 10th grade sent to teachers.
14. 31-12-2020 : -Zoom meeting held for the 10th grade students to discuss coming to school from 1st January onwards.

JANUARY-2021
1. 01-01-2021 : -School reopened for 10th grade students. PTA distributed sweet to all the students on new year day. -Zoom meeting held for all the 10th grade teachers. They were asked to be a bit more serious with 10th grade students.
2. 02-01-2021 : -Mannam Jayanthi - Holiday
3. 04-01-2021 : -PA-3 Exams started from LKG to IX.
4. 07-01-2021 : -Teachers were notified to submit Sampoorna registration report by 15th January.
5. 08-01-2021 : -First advertisement for new admission published.
6. 09-01-2021 : -PA-3 Answer sheet submission done at school from 9.30 am to 3 pm for LKG and IX.
7. 10-01-2021 : -School online class time table revised.
8. 11-01-2021 : -PA-3 Answer sheet submission at school by I,II,III,IV,V. students.
9. 12-01-2021 : -PA-3 Answer sheet submission of classes VI,VII,VIII. -Teachers were given instructions to be strict with the online classes. -Teachers were asked to get students attendance even for Whatsapp training. -Advertisement poster for school new admission published.
10. 13-01-2021 : -Assessment areas for teachers Skill Development Areas was published. -Revised syllabus for IX and X sent to students and teachers.
11. 16-01-2021 : -Science teachers' training by CBSE. -Malayalam teachers' training by Sippy Pallipuram.
12. 18-01-2021 : -School online assembly held for LKG to class IV at 9.10 am. -Handwriting competition passages category wise were sent to students.
13. 19-01-2021 : -School online assembly for V to IX.
14. 20-01-2021 : -Staff-meeting held at school. -PTA Executive meeting held.
15. 21-01-2021 : -Webinar for Principals conducted by Regional office Trivandrum.
16. 23-01-2021 : -Teachers training for English and Maths by CBSE. -School online class time table revised.
17. 26-01-2021 : -Model exam-1 time table for 10th grade published.
18. 28-01-2021 : -Teachers were asked to submit PA-3 Mark lists and enter the same in the school mark register. - Jaisily the Physics teacher left the school on account of her marriage.
19. 30-01-2021 : -Skill Development Programme-1 for teachers held at school. All teachers got a chance handle 10 minute session each. They were evaluated by the rest.

FEBRUARY-2021
1. 02-02-2021 : -Vipinraj appointed for Physics. -10th grade Board Exam date published.
2. 03-02-2021 : -Teachers names were published for not collecting answer sheets from school. -Coat for teachers made compulsory for teaching at school.
3. 04-02-2021 : -Integrated Project collection committee was formed.
4. 05-02-2021 : -Teachers handed over the best five handwritings in connection with handwriting competitions.
5. 07-02-2021 : -Model exam for 10th grade absentees conducted.
6. 11-02-2021 : -Teachers were asked to complete the portions by the first week of March.
7. 12-02-2021 : -9th grade one-day orientation programme held at school. Sessions were handled by the Principal. -Admission notifications sent.
8. 13-02-2021 : -Short video to be made for advertisement notifications sent to teachers. -Staff meeting for 10th grade teachers held at school.
9. 15-02-2021 : -Career guidance sessions were conducted for 10th grade students by the resource persons from St.Agnes PU College, ` Mangalore.
10. 16-02-2021 : -Staff meeting and salary collection at school.
11. 19-02-2021 : -8th grade students' orientation training at school handled by the principal. -CBSE training notified to teachers.
12. 20-02-2021 : -Orientation sessions at school 4th and 7th grade students handled by Silvya Simick and Principal.
13. 22-02-2021 : -Principal was the Chief guest of the annual day of Mindscape world school, Calicut.
14. 23-02-2021 : -Model exam-2 time table for 10th grade published.
15. 26-02-2021 : -Annual exam notifications sent to students and teachers.
16. 27-02-2021 : -Principal attended one-day Seminar by Joji Paul for all the principals of Kasaragod at Nalalnda resort, Nileshwar.

MARCH-2021
1. 01-03-2021 : -Zoom meeting for teachers organized.
2. 02-03-2021 : -Nandakishore appointed for Maths.
3. 03-03-2021 : -Annual exam time table published. Exam-Kit collection and notebook checking dates announced.
4. 04-03-2021 : -Hard copies 1000 for notice made for next year admissions.
5. 06-03-2021 : -Annual exam time table for class IX published. -Mr Ravindran PTA appointed administrator left the school. -Mohanan PTA President closed school bank account started by Ravindran.
6. 07-03-2021 : -Annual exam, exam kit collection and notebook checking notifications sent to parents again.
7. 08-03-2021 : -Principal attended an online training by the Board on uploading art-integrated marks on cbse site. -Board exam for 10th grade revised by the Board.
8. 09-03-2021 : -Staff meeting held. Salary given.
9. 10-03-2021 : -Principal had an online meeting for the parents.
10. 11-03-2021 : -Shivarathri - Holiday
11. 14-03-2021 : -Staff meeting held. New staff Secretary selected by Mohanan and Salam. Exam-kits were made by the teachers.
12. 16-03-2021 : -Exam-kit distribution and notebook checking of LKG to class II.
13. 17-03-2021 : -Exam-kit distribution and notebook checking of III to class VI.
14. 18-03-2021 : -Exam-kit distribution and notebook checking of VII to class IX.
15. 19-03-2021 : -Question Banks for 10th grade teachers distributed.
16. 22-03-2021 : -Annual exams 2020-21 began. Students started writing it at home. -9th grade exams started at school. -PTA executive held. -Staff-meeting held to discuss house visiting for getting new admissions to school. Teachers were divided into 4 groups.
17. 23-03-2021 : -Three groups of teachers went out for house visits to canvass students. They got 4 new admissions and many for follow up.
18. 24-03-2021 : -Again three groups of teachers went for house visits to get new admissions to our school. Many for follow up. -Model exam-3 for 10th grade notified.
19. 25-03-2021 : -Two groups of teachers went for canvassing new admissions. They got 2 new admissions and many for follow up. -Notifications: Submitting number students in each class. Submitting model exam -3 question papers. Academic year closing.
20. 26-03-2021 : -Two Groups of teachers went out for canvassing new admissions. Received three new admissions.
21. 29-03-2021 : -Exam answer sheet kit collection of classes LKG to III -One group of teachers went out for canvassing students. They got 3 new admissions.
22. 30-03-2021 : -Exam answer sheet kit collection of classes IV to VIII -One group of teachers went out for canvassing new admissions.
23. 31-03-2021 : -Academic Year closing and farewell to 10th grade students at School. -Manager met the teachers.
